This has been the slowest of weeks for weight loss. Damn that Super Bowl party! But the waist narrowed an inch, so it’s not all bad news.
84.5 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
