Down to 214.8 before dinner after a 525 calorie day and a 352 calorie workout. Juiced 371 calories for dinner and had a handful of pecans. Good day. One more low cal day before some extra eating on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Yes! Just did juicing for dinner. I'm sure it's good for me, but it's not really low calorie! 371 cals of various veggies and then 50 more for nuts. But pretty stuffed... should hold me the night.
