it was hard for me to cut back on sodium,eg chips! trying real hard not to use it, still use it on tomatoes and cucumbers,though!

I find using fresh herbs helps a lot to cut the salt. You don't feel like you're comprising on flavor so much. Sometimes salt just can't be replaced eh!

Very true... and if you lose the plot for a bit - you have to remember to check the sodium on everything e.g. light parmesan cheese more sodium than regular!! Oh well.
