Re-starting actually! The carbs have crept up and the exercise has crept away. . .

Tried coconut oil to cook my eggs in -either the oil is off or coconut oil doesn't go with coffee. I'll try buying some new and try again.

Finding I'm really hungry this afternoon. Don't know why. Even ate a hard-boiled egg a little while ago and I'm famished! Drinking water. . .
