A couple of months off my game and, of course I've packed on some extra fat.
I recently adopted two medium sized dogs who need about 3 miles a day of walking. This has given me a sore knee, but in the long run will help me get back to losing weight. Onward and downward!
107.0 kg Lost so far: 20.0 kg.    Still to go: 16.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
