That is a nice stable number. And if you have been working out it may be muscle! Celebrate that

Thanks Lonnie and Jenny. Lonnie I will be honest I must not be working at it too hard or I would have reached me goal. 😂

Portion control and moderation. Healthier food choices most of the time and less healthy, or foods less conducive to attaining your goals, once in a while.deprivation and beating yourself to death exercising trying to outrun consistently poor food choices simply does not work.

Right there with you. Decided to log food intake for a while. Even though I don’t eat much IMO and the last few days of adding what I do eat. Has more or less confirmed that for me, but yet still hovering around 190 -195 for more or less the whole year. Logged 850 thousand meters on my rower this year along with weight training jogging and walking. Am at a loss why I don’t lose weight consistently. But I’ll persist. The positives is my cardio is very good now. So spare tire be damned. Keep up the work it’ll happen eventually. And if not at least you are making the effort.

You’re right kenna, 100%. And malcolm, thanks, I think we are both in the same place. And bill, we’ve been doing this for nearly 10 years. I learn from you all the time. Gotta keep doing this together, for sure.
