YASSSS...I don't think I've ever had a loss the day after Thanksgiving LOL. I was preparing for a stay the same or slight up on the scale but pleasantly surprised this morning.
Had a sweet day with the family, we actually remembered to take pictures this time. No one brought shrimp or deviled eggs so had turkey/gravy and broccoli and diet Pepsi which was really fine. I was just as full at the end of the meal and skipped dessert, reminding myself I really was full.
