That's a good number. Less than a pound to Onederland which is really all brain games but it's a nice milestone once it's "set" good. There's that whole dip down into a milestone then Psych! from your body until it decides to play nice. And Thanksgiving is coming.

Already planning in my head what I can have, what I will CHOOSE to have, because technically I can have anything I want. I am remembering that the main focus of the day should be the people and paying attention to them and the conversations. The food is nice but it's just food.
