Small bump, maybe because my meal yesterday was larger, maybe just "breathing" lol. Wobbles are normal, just not encouraging. Starting today with my coffee and whipped cream (no sugar added) then errands today.

When things get wobbly or you get tired of the fight, remember your "why." Why did you decide to do this? To get hot? To get healthy? To be able to reach over and tie your shoes without losing your breath? (yes to all these lol). But for me, it's that scleroderma is in my family and I don't want it. It's an autoimmune disease (like Diabetes and Hashimoto's thyroiditis) and those are affected by inflammation which I can impact by keeping my blood sugar regulated and avoiding insulin spikes. For me, low carb does that and I enjoy the food so win-win.

So for days when I get frustrated cause I'm not "there yet" I remember my why. And breathe. And keep going.
