Not gonna lie, was hoping for more but happy with a drop. Down from 214.8 on 9/30 so 8 lbs. so far this month. Checked my bs this morning and apparently it's not the creamer's fault. 110 before coffee. Well then. Going to check for the next few mornings to get a better feel for a normal and then work on the why/how to fix it. Not super duper high but higher than it should be for fasting. Need to go for groceries tonight maybe. No more salad stuff, although there are enough things here to eat in a pinch (tuna, defrost chicken, make stirfry, etc). Going to aim for getting outside today for a walk. I'm realizing my stamina is sucky and I need to build it back up. 30 minutes shouldn't be that tiring, and didn't used to be when I was lower weight and more fit. Well, I know what to do, now it's a matter to do it.
