No surprised that Im up today. I snacked pretty much all day yesterday, and even when I realized what I was doing - didnt matter. At least I stayed active this weekend. I pulled my garden out and planted some bulbs. I had to tetris the garage to get everything put away just right. I took my dogs for a short walk on a nature trail and it was lovely.

Working on getting my nutrition under control AGAIN. I know thats the biggest thing I can do for myself.
119.7 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 37.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
