I finally did it...havent seen this number in more than 15 years. I hope that it will continue to drop..Very happy!
now for morning coffee!

Jenny,u just cant believe how much u helped me by writing about chia seeds. I needed extra fiber and nothing was working.. Thank u ever so much!!!!))
