I'm going to assume this is from working out yesterday.🤔 Since I always weigh a bit more the next day after working out.🤷🏽‍♀️

So I've been drinking about 70 to 78 ounces of water each day but I feel like I should be drinking more.
How much water do you guys drink a day? Also if it's more than 80oz. How are you able to drink more without getting that I wanna barf feeling lol? 😅

*Side note, I absolutely love water and I don't drink any other fluids besides water. I just can't get pass 78oz.

Today's Workout: Core,Leg and Glutes

150 Alternating Step Up Forward Lunges
100 Side Leg Raises (L&R)
100 Single Leg Raises (L&R)
100 Weighted Bridges
100 Reverse Crunches
50 Leg Circles (L&R)
30 minutes Stationary Recumbent Bike.

20 hours fast is wonderful, so proud of you! Are you feeling alright after exercises? 🤗🌼 People advise not to workout too hard or it can actually be harmful during fasting

I have a 32 ounce insulated cup with a lid an straw that I fill with a bit of ice and filtered water (from the fridge door) and sip on throughout the day and evening. Stays cool and refreshing. I refill it at least 3-4 times on weekends. But yes, I pee "like a racehorse". HA!

You are correct that worked muscles will sometimes hold more fluid in the repair mode. I love Intermittent fasting and drink water and green tea. IF you feel that "barf" feeling maybe you are drinking too quickly? Sip it all day long and you may end up drinking more. Any way - you are doing awesome and almost down 40 pounds already!

Drink about 3L of unsweetened carbonated water and tea a day ¬=|oO(I like cold drinks, so I put ice in it.🧊

I drink 48-56oz a day. I drink all water to. Like to put lemon wedge or two. I go pee constant when drink more than 48oz. I couldn’t drink more than 56 I’d live in bathroom!! 🍀

Thanks Chiore 😊💕 I've been working out right before my fast ends or right after dinner. So I usually have fuel to burn or fill up on.😊 I'm being very careful and mindful of my window of eating. 😋

Awesome Rosie, I have a 26oz insulated bottle that I carry around all day. Lol maybe I should get a bigger one. 😅

They recommend drinking half your body weight in oz of water. At 145lb I should drink at least 72.5 oz, but I typically drink around 112-144oz a day. Especially during my fasts. You are doing amazing CC, keep it up! 💪🏋️‍♀️ Also, how do you like Zero?! Did you pay for the full version? If not, I can totally share the information they have on fasting with you 😊

Wow Bree you're awesome at water intake. I could never drink half my body weight in water, I'd die lol.🤣 So I definitely need to up my fluid intake but maybe I'll substitute some with tea.☕ I mean I eat a lot of broccoli and it's 90% water lol.😅 Oh and I like zero a lot Bree but I didn't get the full version. I definitely wouldn't mind more information, so share to your hearts content. 😁

Thank you CC I love water, and I also get super thirsty while I fast. Plus it helps me stay full longer lol Definitely drink green tea too, it also helps burn fat! And consuming foods high in water do count as water intake 😊 you are doing awesome! Ok so I have no clue how to send the the info to you because the share option is a link in zero. 🤔 and I'm not sure if it'd take you to the actual info I am trying to share. But I can try. i drink at least 100oz a day. I find that room temperature water and drinking slowly, as mentioned before, help a lot. the temperature can shock your system. I also connect drinking water with another activity. For example, every time I pause to stretch or stand up from work, i drink some water. Also, I drink a fair amount of herbal tea. And I'll refill until there's just a hint of flavor because it's easy to drink warm but less weird than drinking hated unflavored water (and i like water too lol).

It most certainly works Bree.😁 So I'm definitely going to try and increase my water intake to at least 100oz. Which is filling my 26oz bottle of water 4 times instead of 3. After reading the information in the link you sent. I realized I need to make sure I'm getting enough sodium also. Since a depletion of it can cause spasms., who knew.🤷🏽‍♀️ Thanks Bree, it was great reading.😊
