I’ve been way too low on calories lately. Just not hungry and feel gross to force down food. But the scale still goes up! 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I must be bulking too! 🤣🤣

Hi I hope I don't come off as weird but I read your bio. I admire your work so far I just started to focus on weight loss again. I'm only 20 and I've gotten up to 265 :(. I would love it if you could give me some tips I was going to the gym last year but never lost much this year I've cut calories and lost 5 pounds in less then 2 weeks.

Was it a 16 ouncer? Haha...I had to have a cup today, but just one 12 ounce and black...I usually take milk.

Lisa- Indeed it was. :) I usually take it black but from October to December- I use flavored creamer so it adds an extra 70 calories.

Do you just use a single kind of flavored creamer? Seems like I should know this. I remember Chris harassing you over a single, tiny spot on your stove last year when you had taken a picture of your preferred coffee additive. 😊

I was just using peppermint mocha from after Thanksgiving until after Christmas but this year I picked up pumpkin something or other. And last year I traded my bagels for toast to even out the calories- but this year I am a lard ass... at least this month- and haven't made those changes yet. 🤷🏻‍♀️😜
