I could learn to hate you - lol. Congrats, the weight does come off (seemingly) easy for you. I just vented on my journal that home made quiche is high in bloody calories - wish the old man didn't cook so damn good :) Going out soon for a walk, hopefully it cools down soon, very humid this evening. Gotta try and walk of at least one of those 2 slices that I had :)

Man, I love quiche. Haven't had it in quite some time. My friend and I shared an apartment when we were in the Navy. We stopped at the store on the way home every night to cook something amazing. That may have been the last time I had it. Yes, luckily, I can drop it, but I put nearly 20 lbs. on in just over four days! So the sword cuts both ways... Hoping for 225 and change in the morning. Cheers!

20 lb in 4 days - no way, it can't have been 'fat' - it should come off real quick. re quiche - it was SOOOO good - I am so lucky my hubby is a good/great cook. And the quiche is fab-u-lous - so can't just do one slice. I told him I was going to ban him from making it for awhile :)

I'm hoping. Seems outragous, but that's what happens when I eat whatever I want for 3 or more days. But downt to 225.5 today as hoped/expected, so we are getting back on track.

Based on your comments, I went out and read up on the amount of weight that can be contained in the human colon and it was up to 8-10 lbs. So that helps to explain the wide swings during periods of overeating and fasting.

OMG - too funny BP, too funny. The amount of weight that can be held in the human colon - but why then do we not weight less after we empty said colon? I am sure you have stood on the scale 'after' as most every dieter has, and said mmmmmm, well that didn't help - lol. You are hilarious. Imagine looking that up! LIKE !

Oh, I have definitely gone back and 're-weighed' on some occasions! Sometimes saw a difference, sometimes didn't. It largely depended, I think, on how much bulk I ate to force the issue and that evened things out... have a great day!
