Ringing the bell 🛎 for myself today! Bye bye 180s!

Side note- when my son took swimming classes every time a student advanced to a new level they would ring a bell and everyone in the pool would stop and clap for the student 😃

81.2 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg. Still to go: 15.4 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
