Another fast day and a 360 calorie workout and still 224.2! But I fit comfortably into size 38 trousers today (not jeans... probably could do 36s in those). I think I'm in a toning phase, but looking for are few more pounds this month as a goal. Forgot to prick my finger before I ate again so will have to measure tomorrow or as soon as I can remember!
101.7 kg Lost so far: 45.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

After my weigh in and comment above, I went off the wagon a bit with drinking and snacking. That alcohol sure does affect your judgement! At least I cheated with low calorie cereal with no significant weight penalty the next morning.

There's nothing like a glass of wine or beer or drink at the end of the day to tell a day goodbye. And it didn't hurt you the next day, so all is ok. Of course, I write this as I'm sitting on my screen porch drinking a glass of wine and hearing/watching the thunderstorm around me, so my judgment may be questionable - but the breeze is nice, as is the wine.
