Off the wagon after evening weigh in on Friday as noted but under calorie goals on Saturday and Sunday. Leaves me at a pretty good starting weight for the week, 224.9. Also didn't work out his weekend. Will go calorie goal or less plus two IF days from the rest of the month.
101.6 kg Lost so far: 45.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
