I lost what I gained Monday. I hope I'm not entering a period of 1 day up, 1 day down. I know I could stay off of the scale and weigh just once a week but that isn't going to happen. Perseverance and not giving up will be the key to my success.
140.3 kg Lost so far: 19.0 kg.    Still to go: 45.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
