A hard 3.5 hours of yard work in 90-degree heat helped me burn off some water. Down to 224.9 (but that will go back up when I re-hydrate).
102.0 kg Lost so far: 45.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
