Bleh!
Very dissapointed. It's not like I have been bad at all. I can feel I am still bloated, but not sure what from. I think I need more fibre, body not working properly :)
Anyhow, this is normally how I fall off the wagon, my brain says to me I am no good at this, but I won't fall for it this time. I have done very well up until now so I will just go on, I knew this would happen and now is the time to deal with it properly.
I think i am carrying more water, my wedding ring which has been slipping off my finger is now tighter, so its definately water, its not what I ate, as I have been having 1000 calories a day, but over the last two days I have been hungry. This could be because work has not been busy this week, unlike the three weeks preceeding it, so I didnt have time to notice my hunger.
Am I eating enough? We shall have to see. Will see what tomorrow brings.
