Really bad day for diet, did great all morning then my friend brought lunch into work, homemade spring rolls, noodles and plum sauce...yummy...but just blew the carbs up over 60 grams! Love her but just have to let her know I'm working on myself.
On the up side this is day 5 without wine. Good girl!
76.3 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
