Well the weekend was interesting. Had a braai Saturday, so lots of snacks etc floating around. I had a few chips, but didnt overdo it. My weight on Sunday was the same as Saturday so I was happy with that. I tried to have a very low cal day on Sunday which I managed but I expected my weight to go up for some reason and it hasn't. I'm very glad with that!
