Mostly on track but still overindulging (5 ounces of wine) and eating too late at night. I know it slows down the weight loss but breaking a lifetime habit is painful , especially when I run on autopilot after 6:00 pm!
76.3 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
