Melissa, our weight just does these quirky things sometimes, plus, you're building muscle. That drop is just around the corner my friend! 💛

No big deal Melissa...watch the trend over time and adjust as needed. Not paying attention can be a maintenance saboteur. Hope your 2020 finishes well!!

your doing so well. my body does weird stuff too.

Thank you, Shir. I actually thought I'd have a drop today, but I worked out so hard yesterday everything hurts and will for a few days. I know it is like this retaining water and inflammation when I push hard.

Blah... Steven, I didn't want you of all people to see this! 🙄 I've been doing well. Honestly! 😁 Yes, I'm trying to keep a close watch, and I actually don't feel too badly. I have been good with my diet and cardio the last months, but with gym closures, I was only doing "yard workouts." So... I've been back at it with what I've got at home for the last couple weeks. I'm so sore and weary I can't run! 😁 But, I'm heading out almost daily for 5 to 7 mile walks to keep me moving and help me limber up! 😁 I know things will level out soon.

Thanks #One! I sure would rather not post my weight until it is back "under" but I know what's going on, and I need to be OK with that.

Don’t feel bad Melissa love. 💖💖 It sounds like that’s muscles retaining water, etc. Very minimal gain that will go back down very soon I am sure. You are so amazing at maintaining and making smart choices, you inspire everyone here with your discipline and dedication. Just stay positive and know that in the end, lbs on the scale can fluctuate if you drink an extra cup of water, but measurements tell the real story. Stay the course and keep smiling, you’re always doing so awesome! 🌷🌷🌷

Don't fret...I go through same thing. My weight can fluctuate 2-3 lbs every day. You're doing great!💜💜

Someone on here once said, "sore muscles retain water". That's probably all it is. Don't beat yourself up about it. Maybe take a day off, to let your muscles heal. That should put you back in the blue. 💙

Would u feel better if I put on 10#? It's easy for me at times. Lol anything to help.

Thank you, newnameMM! You are so kind, and I appreciate you encouragent. If I had done badly, I'd feel bad. But, I've been at this long enough to kind of understand my body. My caution is that I've got to be super careful not to match my increasing appetite with eating increasingly! 😁 Diana, it sure does help to know others understand this weird and sometimes confusing journey! Thank you!!!!

Thank you, Lonnie! It somehow really is that green line that ticks me off! 😂 .2 pounds too high to be the right color! 🙄 I tend to overdo things and want results RIGHT now when it comes to fitness. I'm earnestly thankful for all these super sore muscle but no injury pain!

You are a nut, #One! 😁 Although you would look perfectly great with 10 more pounds, I think you would be sad!

Yes, the same thing happens to me. The harder I work out, the hungrier I am. If I’m not carefully tracking/planning, I can go over my cal budget quickly.

Thanks, Bill! This is almost exacly the weight I was most of the winter when lifting at the gym and about 1/2 inch less all over than what I have been the last few months right at goal or even below. I'd rather drop body fat than adjust my goal, but we will see. I don't want to continually struggle so hard to maintain all the time, but... that is sort of life I guess!

Same Melissa. I’m going to post mine as I’ve struggled all week to get back to my 140. Really really hoping it will be down tomorrow. You’re doing so well regardless!

Hey thanks, Groatmeal! I know you get it. 😁 We work so hard to reach a number, so then it is really hard to not let that number rule our feelings of success or failure. I think I'll post when I manage to get back to "blue," but likely I'll just recorded more infrequently... More like once a week now. I did manage a 3 miles in 30 minute run tonight. I was feeling less sore! When I tried to run a few days ago it was not good at all! 😁

You and the 10 min miles. That says it all. I obsess over the scale too a bunch. When it's unhealthy I stop weighing for a bit. But from what I've seen of your numbers and your exercise your super healthy. You inspire me to push harder.

Looks blue on my phone. Soreness and water retention seem to travel together. You’re doing great anyway, and a wonderful example. I may need to get sore before measuring my biceps....

Thank you, #One! I feel good, and I do want to not obsess over a number. I can't help but think I could sure drop some body fat and have the same weight and more muscle too. My family does not approve this idea. 😁 We shall see!
