Another good day yesterday, although at times I was hungry, but I was busy most of the day, so I had no real time to dwell on that. Not sure if eating round 1000 calories a day is good for me, but with trying not to eat starchy carbs this is the amount i am hitting mostly.
The weight is still coming off so thats a good thing, and i seem to have more energy than ever, so maybe I shouldnt worry. When I eat a meal I feel satisfied, the "hungry" i feel is just cravings i guess.
Onward!!!
