Still going down nicely after my blip last week. Last night I ate supper and actually felt over full, so my stomach must be shrinking. I had a light breakfast today, and have a busy day ahead, so i hope I have the energy levels to sustain. Lunch will be late today as I am out of office for the morning going into the afternoon.
We shall see how the day goes, but I am really positive! My first goal of 100kg's before 25 September is achievable!! I haven't weighed under a 100kgs since 2005, I desparately want to do this.
