Weight is going down nicely now. Yesterday was a tough day, big roast lunch at my folks. So all the trimmings. I had some meat and a small portion of each kind of vegetables, but NO roast potatoes! That was very difficult as they are one of my favourite things in the world. Also skipped on the wine with lunch deal. Proud of myself actually.

I am doing this for me, I want to feel better, I want to get fit and my weight down. One day if God blesses me with kids, i want to be in great condition to be able to be the father that carries them, plays games with them etc, not sitting down because I am overweight.

Never been this motivated in many a year.
113.6 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
