Into the 113's. Its going really well and i am happy with myself. I just need to keep it up and not fall by the wayside like I normally do. Weighing every day and losing it fun, but its small amounts so it seems like its taking forever. I know its just my brain messing with me. Any loss is good, even if its 30g. I need to realise that this process will take a lot of time, i've done it before so i do know this!!!!
113.9 kg Lost so far: 15.1 kg.    Still to go: 23.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
