Nooooo.

Time to step up!!! Unhappy with myself, was doing so well. Although Sunday was a celebration of two birthdays, fathers day and my brother getting engaged so i can sort of forgive myself.

Anyway, back to it today, and time to start some exercising.
115.5 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 25.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
