Had a good day yesterday doing all my booty-strength challenge exercises with a lot of Russian twists and band and ankle weight exercises. I really like them. Also getting in a good bike ride enjoying the weather and scenery.

Have managed to get rid of all the weight from last week's stress eating.

Good news was that daughter got her job. Been really tough to get interviews as no one were hiring once covid hit. Tough for those young ones who are about to start in life but both her and her boyfriend seem like they managed. So happy and proud about that.

Today I will freeze down rhubarb to have some over the winter. I love rhubard and make a strawberry rhubarb compote that I eat with dairy and or seeds quite often.
49.3 kg Lost so far: 35.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Nice job, liv! I'm glad things are going well for your girl. These are hard times to find work. I've got a girl searching. She had landed a great job... For a week until she got laid off because of covid. Anything with rhubarb sounds wonderful!!!!
