Well I meant to record this on Wednesday, I finally got onto the scale with extreme dread. yet I was pleasantly surprised I only gained .2 lbs over the last month of over eating. I was so shocked that I reset the scale and got back on. but it didn't change. I was eating up towards 2500 to 3000 calories a day and I really did not gain. I guess all the shed repairs and building kept the weight in check. So knowing that almost all of the hard heavy projects are done for the next month are so, I better slow down on all of the eating. Overall today was actually one of those days without really on overeating. So the next month will tell....
122.3 kg Lost so far: 50.5 kg.    Still to go: 122.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
