ok, only a day since my last weigh in post, however the high weight has been 'lingering' for longer than a day. It may be water or my 'innards' shifting, BUT I will take it since I did stay kind of true to my woe/wol for at least 3 days so far this week and will continue today. I need to get out for my walk or bike ride but I'm using the excuse it is too hot, didn't get up early enough, I'll do it this afternoon.....ok, ok, enough excuses, after this post I will at least go for a little walk and then bike this evening. I need to make this a daily habit of get up & OUT early (I wake up early every morning anyway but just laz around) AND also habit of at least getting on here daily if possible to jot just a few lines at least. Maybe I can resurrect an old practice I use to do with my sons at night and say one 'good' thing about the day (happening or thought) & one 'not so good' thing, that always seemed to help keep things in perspective. Yesterdays, (good) was I saw more than 1 pod of dolphins in the ocean during my walk. One not so good; I didn't have a kayak handy to zip out to join them :-) Of course there were/are other numerous Not so good things in my life, however I don't choose to dwell on those at the present time. Hope ALL is well out there in FS-Land & Take care to ALL :-)

Congrats on the drop. Love the reflecting on good/not so good. Dolphins are so darn adorable.
