That is a big ole OUCH. Of course I knew what I was putting into my mouth and at the time, it was delish. Time to get back with the woe that works for me.
Weekend was very low key which was fabulous for me. I'm not sure why I was so stinking tired last week unless it is the new medicine the dr put me on. HRT meds.
I'll have to research that some more.
Today is a sunshine, absolutely beautiful day. I will be enjoying it.
Legs almost done for today. Have squats to do. I plan to get them done at work.

Try drinking some chicken or beef broth like 8oz a day and see if that helps you 💚 best of luck

I'm sure it will be forgotten in a few days! If it is medication related, I'm not familiar with that, but a bounce in weight... I'm fully acquainted. Tomorrow will be mine. 😁 Hang tight! You are so slim even with these few extra pounds. ❤️

If it’s excess water weight try to eat asparagus it really does flush you out. Otherwise from what I’ve seen you’ve been doing great work keep it up

Thanks everyone. Back down some today. I was miserable yesterday with all the bloat. I stopped the hrt medicine and am getting back to normal. 😊
