Happy Friday everyone!
It was a reasonably good week. The ups and downs that come with life.
I thought I had hit the eureka yesterday. Found a bakery that has gluten free offerings so I picked up a couple of their cupcakes. They were grossly over sweetened. I took a bite of each and that was it. Oh well, such is life.
For those who have tried noom, have you found the calorie counter to overstate calories at times? My sister is using that and she mentioned it this morning.
No #bootybuilder workout yesterday. Today I've gotten the donkey kicks and squats done. I'll do standing leg lifts also at work. I'll get it done today.

Maybe your taste changed? I have noticed that myself when I don't eat anything sweet (cookies, candy, etc..) for a long period! Have a great weekend! #BootyBuilders

That is pretty. Is it Portugal? Sorry about the gluten free stuff. Because I so rarely have sugar almost everything is oversweetened at first bite.

I'm sure my tastes have changed but I think they put a little more in there than most normally do. Liv, I'm not sure where it's at but I thought if was great.

I felt that way at Smoothie King - supposedly very low carb but the sweet knocked me out... I had trust issues. LOVE the photo. ❤❤❤

The picture is so cool! I am a pretty big fan of sweet stuff, but my tastes have changed some too. Now, something really sweet makes it easier to nibble and enjoy a smaller portion than gulping down large amounts. 😁 I hope you are enjoying your weekend!
