Whole day walking , scrubbing, climbing stairs, gardening...the ONLY thing I wanted by end-of-day was 2 croissants stuffed with cheese and lettuce. The other two meals were smoothies which kept me going but I really didn't like. I want REAL food!
77.8 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 18.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
