Here I am back down where I should be. It feels good to finally have a substantial loss. It was hard work, but I finally came to my senses and got back on my original plan and limited my carbs. I hope to stay on this plan for another 2 weeks and then start adding in a few carbs to control my maintenance. I found out the hard way that a 1600 cal maintenance with 90+grams of carbs doesn't work for me.

Good job getting down there. Maybe baby step and find what your tolerances and balances are. A bit less carb or lower carb most days and then a few high carb days. I have been doing low carb for awhile but I like it that way.

Thank you JCmama and liv. Liv, my gains and losses are pretty erratic compared to yours. When I look at your chart, the line is pretty steady. I am jealous of your success.
