This week I took a look at exercise and am rotating some of them instead of trying to get them all done in one day. That has worked and I also think it is making my body work harder. I also increased my hand weights form 3 pounds to 5 pounds.
83.0 kg Lost so far: 16.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
