Thank you ladies for your support yes I need to get back on track. I think I’m gonna try drinking chamomile tea at night time because I find myself getting restless.

Clairsheart, hang in there honey. We all support you and I've been in your shoes many times. I get Restless too. I just went on Pinterest and I think I'm going to print out some exercises. Chamomile tea at night is a good thing. Maybe you could find a craft or a sewing project to get involved in. Even if you end up throwing it away it'll keep you busy. LOL 😁😉🤗😍💜💪🏋️‍♀️💪 Everyday my husband says to me, "We got this!" We both laugh. Keep it light. Life is intense enough, let's don't add to it. You're awesome!
