Last night I stress ate. God I can't. understand this thing that hits me at night. it's like a switch goes on and the cravings start. I had an apple turnover and pretzels. I need to make a change in my brain but not sure what to change.

I think because I’m logging it all I’m still staying close to my RDI, but sometimes I go over it hasn’t resulted in anything significant. We will be ok♥️♥️

I don’t understand sudden cravings either! That’s me today! For me it’s not stress though. The mystery continues... Like jcmama777 says though, logging everything helps keep it in check (as I come here to log that 1.7 ounce piece of cheese I just ate 😂🤦🏼♀️).
