I had a really bad weekend. Unfortunately I set myself up for failure and definitely know what I will do differently next time. I am back on my plan today.
85.3 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

It's okay. The important thing is that you're getting back on track. Weekends are the worse for me. I do so well while I'm at work, but when I'm home with the family, I tend to want what they are eating. It's hard. We can do this!
