So week one completed and so far so good. Three trips out of the house including today. Three meals from outside the house and very little exercise, but still down 6 lbs if the scale can be trusted. Stay healthy y'all.
116.6 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 41.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
