Happy Friday everyone! I hope everyone is hanging in there and staying sane. I have found that I've slowed down, reflected more and finding peace in the Word. Then I read or watch the news and anger tries to take hold. I'm going to try to stay away from the news as much as possible and still stay informed.
People are of a mixed reaction, those that are helping others and those that are only helping themselves. It's time to take care of each other.

I stopped counting my calories and now I’m beating myself up. Weighing more than I’ve weighed in years.... This Stay at Home stuff has me bored eating bad stuff. I’m back on today. I’m going to be praying for that.

Nice loss! I watch a lot of news but find the local news is better for me. They don't offer much opinion on political things (but lots of opinion about the weather!) and what they talk about matters more - it impacts what's going on here. And the local news is on from 4am until 9am and then again from 4pm until 7pm. I usually catch at least 1/2 hour in the morning and the evening. But, I admit I still watch lots of cable news.

Thank you. I'm still working so have a somewhat routine but the boredom eating is a real thing. We'll see how I do this weekend. Local news is where I'm going to get most of my news from now on.

Great job Tatauu! I’m with you on sticking to local news. It’s all so overwhelming, my natural instinct is to eat away the stress of it all.

Eating away the stress is how I would ADORE to handle it. I'm trying to exercise as much as I can to relieve the stress.
