Water weight after spiking up a bit.

I already miss my gym. Our Zoom workouts are nice but...I miss my people and my space. Its a good exercise though in self reliance so Im trying to really keep it up.

The dogs are loving it. They get to go for walks every day and now I need to figure out how to work that into my "normal" day. My kitty is doing well on her new insulin routine. We go back to the vet tomorrow to see if a week at that dosage has helped. I can tell that its helping because she looks more alert and is acting a little more normal. Hopefully she can put a little weight back on and get a little stronger.
112.5 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 29.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I miss the gym also. Not the same but I'm keeping up at least on the walking part. I will pull the weights out tonight. Glad your kitty is doing better.
