I feel so much better since I went back on counting carbs. My hip is still giving me a problem. I don't know whether it is from sciatica or needing a new hip. When I walk, If I walk about 50 yards it starts hurting and hurts all the way back home. If I happen to be walking down hill it hurts even worse. It hurts all the way down my left leg. Other than that I feel great and my weight is going down. I really don't mind having to stay home because I have things to do here and my husband is good company. So is my little dog.
