Day 2 of a planned 2 days of eating

I will try to 🏃🏾‍♂‍ run today. Not for weight loss, but, because I haven’t done a run in 3 weeks (sigh).

@liv001 - Thanks! I have been able to get a 1 hour walk in each day so I am thankful for that. I just want to do a marathon run to cause an 'intense sweat' that will somehow make me feel 'flushed out and cleansed'. It is not raining today, but, it is very cold. Running in the cold doesn't allow me to get a good sweat (sigh).
