Met calorie goal, but wonky day. I feel better when I eat more balanced.

Bike 30.

Stretching 15 and Rosary 30.
- balance tandem
- side lunges
- raised lunges
- sitting piriformis stretch

Ok, learning day! Will do better tomorrow. Even if I underestimated the steak (it had bone in), I still made calorie goal. Expect a gain tomorrow from eating funny.

No way. I still have 17 pounds to go and reevaluate. I'm 5'8" (used to be 5'9") and 150 is the average weight. I'm going to see what my measurements are when I get to goal. Thanks for asking. :0)
