newnormal's Journal, 03 Feb 20

Planned my food out for the week, went shopping yesterday. Got a couple steaks and some chicken thighs for dinners this week. Not going full carnivore (have some veggies left to eat) but going more meat and higher fat for the week to see if that has an impact on weight loss for me. Been doing IF (mostly 18:6 11-5) with just coffee (although has 1 c creamer, 2 per day) up to that. Keeps me happy and moving (and mind working) until around 1130.

Another busy week but happy with what I'm doing. Hoping to keep the stress from building and get my projects done with time to spare. 1st presentation on Friday, still waiting on the other group for a date/time. 2nd one next week. Among the other projects. :) Oh well, better to be busy than bored, right?

Have a great day buddies.

It looks like your progress has been very good. I do not think you need to change too much there

@liv I know but I still like the bigger drops LOL. I'm testing what works best vs. works but not optimal. Like I know pork slows me down and realized recently green beans do the same but broccoli is amazing for me. Chicken wings are 0 carb but the salt gets me and it's annoying. Trying to catch up on my goals. I have a friend possibly coming in March who hasn't seen me in a while and I'd really like to lose enough for him to say Wow! :)
