Well, half a pound is half a pound, better than no loss at all. We are having company for the Super Bowl Sunday and I am making chili, cheese dip with nachos, probably some sausage and crackers, and of course hot dogs. I'll try to be good but it will be tough, I love my chili and also the cheese dip.
75.5 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
