rgaDawg, if I go any higher on those calories and carbs I stay at a standstill. I'm too sedentary. diehard, liv, thanks for encouraging.

If I eat more calories and carbs then that I don't lose any weight. I'm too sedentary. I have to get stronger so I can do more exercise. I don't eat much right now because I feel very full very quickly. I don't hardly ever feel hungry.
